I need some tango!!? |
please if you could, give me some old fashioned tango singers or just music. i recomend..."Bajo Fondo Tango Club" which is a crossover between rythms such as the drum n`bass, techno, jungle, house mixed with tango voice samples from different singers like polaco Goyeneche, Adriana Varela and Crist贸bal Repetto. But it`s not tango. Bajofondo is definitely NOT old fashioned! If you麓re looking for the old stuff, its Carlos Gardel a.k.a. "el zorzal criollo". He lived in the early 20th century and is considered by many the best tango singer ever. Curiously, and despite his nickname, he was born in France to a very poor single mom who emigrated to Argentina when he was only 2 years old. So the greatest tango singer is actually... french! My grandmother's father was the ambassador from greece to argentina. A tango singer that is a MUST is Julio Sosa aka. El varon del tango (something like the male of tango). My dad used to have his complete collection in cassette. He was extremely popular. |
