Calgary Lululemon Warehouse sale...is it worth it? |
The lululemon warehouse sale starts tomorrow in Calgary. If there's anyone out there who actually goes, can you tell me how it went? What you've heard about the sale? I was there today - Not sure if it's worth it. We waited in line for an hour (which I hear isn't bad...), it was freezing and once we got in...There's a lot of stuff, but it's actually not that cheap. Pants are still around 60-70 bucks, prices start around 30 for t-shirts. There are also no bags and no hoodies! i went last year and it was very picked over. it would probably be worth it if you went at soon as they opened but no later or else you'll probably just end up with all the other stuff nobody else wants. My friends's daughter went last year and said she got some good things but she was there first thing when they opened, and she said it was very chaotic and crazy there. She is going again this year as she likes that sort of thing. I hear the lines ups last year were 2-3 hrs.. My office is about 2 blocks away and the female only traffic jam out front continues. We meant to pop by before lunch but the contruction guy said the lineup started at 6am and the wait is 2-3 hours. I'll take a peek after yoga tonight but I'm not keeping my hopes up. |
