Can anyone help me.....i want the information about the fog catcher machine of chile.?

long ago i found lots of information about that fog catcher machine.........but i cant find it now PLs help me about that?

It is really not a fog catcher, it is more like a dew catcher. Creation of vertical nets, which capture the dew and then use pipes to carry water. They want to call it fog, but my understanding is that they collect water out of the morning dew.
