How do I become a citizen of Chile?

How do I become a citizen of Chile?

You first need a job, a work visa proving you have work there and would not be jobless or homeless. The nest step is applying for a residence visa, after 3 years of permanent work. After that you can become a citizen after applying for it. It's the same procedure as in the States. You can also apply for residency or sitizenship if you marry a chilean or you have a child in Chile.
Just to be sure check the web page from the Ministry or migration office in Chile.

You need to say '' hola weones'' and you will be a chilean, ahaha, no just come here get a job, speak spanish just that!!
i told you , im from Chile!!

I am from Chile and it is not that easy.

1) Marry a Chilean, become a resident and then become a Citizen.

2) Find a job, become a resident and then become a Chilean (Three consecutive years)

3) You have to obtain a nacionalization letter ( carta de nacionalidad)

4) I think you have to live in Chile for more than five years to obtain the residence and the you can apply for Citizenship.

5) Apply for a temporary resident visa (address:calleAgustinas 1235, pisos 2 y 4. Santiago)

Requisites:

-To reside in Chile even as a tourist

-Non expired passport

-Application form

-Two passport pictures and current passport

-Two color pitures (Chilean I.D. Size)
