How can I find information on the oil additives and lubricant market in Chile?

How can I find information on the oil additives and lubricant market in Chile?

You need to go straight to the source: Copec (www.copec.cl) This agency (corporacion de petroleo chileno) deals with everything in that field, from oil, lubricants, petrol, etc. It's the only place I can imagine which can help you find this quite difficult information.
