How much is 12.500 UF (chilean monetary system) in Dollars?

please if you can help!

The UF does not mean pesos (the chilean currency). It's unidades tributarias o fiscalizadoras. Many things in Chile (like selling houses or flats) are rated in UF, so it's like a standardised economic measure. Pesos are right now about 490 pesos per dollar but UF is not about pesos.
In the newspapers like El Mercurio, it says that one UF is 19,671.27 pesos so 12,500 UF will be 245,890,875 pesos (245 million pesos) which converted to dollars (dollar is 490.21 pesos) will be $501,603 or roughly half a million dollars.
Hope this helped you!

XE.com is a great currency conversion site.

However, it lists pesos (CLP) as Chilean currency.

Twelve thousand five hundred CLP = $25.90 USD.

WHere'd you get the UF designator?
