Deportation question...?

is it possible to travel from hong kong or china to the philippines if you are been deported?.what do u think are the requirements for entering a third counrty without any visa from the departing as well as arriving country. in this case, the arriving counrty (philippines) is a visa free country for my native country..thanks for your suggestions.

It really depends on your individual case. If you get deported you usually get deported to your home country directly. You can not use that Bali stopover for a beachbreak there.

A deportation is usually for one country, but it may make you a "persona non grata" in another country too.

If you are just refused entry there is a good chance you can just stay in PH.

You can not fly to a country with no visa if you need a visa. The airlines get fined if the bring in people with get refused entry, so airlines check your passport very carefully. You may get refused entry for other reasons though. But missing visa is very unlikely.

You are only deported if you cannot afford a plain ticket. Most cases you will be forced to take out a Patriot/Embassy loan to pay for the plane ticket before they offer deporting you as an option.

If your country's passport does not require you to have a visa to Philippines, Taiwan, or Thailand, such as with a US passport, then you simply buy the plane ticket at the international airport and take the flight out of the country to the destination.

I don't know how you could have gotten on a deportation list in the first place. I have lived and worked in China for four years, and every time I need a visa, there a hundreds of visa processing agencies that you pay a commission to and they get you the visa you need, even if you are already in the country.

The only possible way I could imagine you getting deported is if you flew directly from Afghanistan to China without a visa because you were trying to get refugee status there.

For example, if you are flying from Hong Kong to Mongolia or the Philippines, the government of that country will NOT care anything about the visas of problems at the airport you had with the previous country, its not their business. They only care about your passport, your visa for their country if needed, and that's it. So if I get in trouble in China because i overstayed my visa without renewing, I can just take the train to Mongolia. The Mongolia government won't care about any of the visas or problems I had with Chinese immigration. BUT, when you are exiting the country, you must go through their immigration, so in other words, you will go through Hong Kong/Chinese customs and immigration, they will see your visa problem, and they will fine you a good sum of money before you leave, nothing more than $600 USD though at most.

contact the embassy or a consulate of the country you want to travel to. but with my understanding of deportations, if it happens to you, they send you from here to there with no time for detours to other countries.

but if you are asking, if once you are deported from one country, are you allowed to visit another country, the basic answer is yes. so long as you have never been refused entry into a country, you should be free to visit them at any time. of course providing that you have all the necessary paperwork.
