Teen pregnancy help in Cleveland?

My husband knows this kid, he's 17, him & his girlfriend, also 17 are having a baby in I believe June. The boy works and is doing what he can. But they are wondering if there are any organizations that can help them prepare. I know in CA, where we are from, they have something called first 5. It is mainly parenting education, and you are assigned to a case worker and there's also a RN that comes out to your house after the baby's birth just to give you advice and help teach you things you need to know. Is there anything like that here? I know there's also WIC, but anything else? Thanks!

A friend of mine works at Cleveland Pregnancy Center. Here is some info from their website:

The Cleveland Pregnancy Center offers:

* Free and confidential pregnancy testing
* Education on pregnancy and fetal development
* Emotional support through the pregnancy, childbirth and parenting process
* Childbirth and parenting classes
* Material assistance (car seats, supplies, clothing and furniture)
* Referrals to community services (adoption, education, housing, legal and medical)

I'm not sure- if they know which hospital they will be going to (probably part of either the Cleveland Clinic or University Hospitals health systems), that hospital may have links to other support systems in addition to the typical parenting education/lamaze (which sounds like a good idea anyways)

Ohio has the Healthy Start program. You can google that. Also, University Hospitals has a Women's Clinic that provides free care for pregnant women. The mother should qualify for Health Start, Medicaid for herself and her child, and an array of other welfare benefits.
