Poll.......What is your Opinion of Akron Ohio?

It's nice. There is Canal Park where the Akron Aero's (baseball team) play and right down the street is Lock 3 Live Amphitheater where lots of cool events happen all year. Also the Akron University Campus has come a long way. Also EJ Thomas Performance Hall for all kinds of show/concerts.

my opinion of akron?
hmmm im a clevelander so my views of akron arent always great to be honest.
its not a horible place but its alot of one way streets that lead to industry or broken down industy i should say. it strikes me as dirty but then again cleveland isnt too clean but to me its home so i tend to overlook.
some of the hosues there are nice old homes along 18 and such
there are some good places to eat alot have since closed sadly it seems to be dieing off slowly like youngstown.
there are some wonderful parks there and Akron does have a baseball team which is cool if you like that. They even have a little stadium. So i guess as a whole its its not bad.

think of a small cincinatti, but dirty and more black people.
