Can anyone give me details about tobogganing at the Chalet in the Cleveland metro parks?

Are the lines really long? What would you recommend wearing? Did you enjoy your experience?

I go every year. I have a 9 year old but I just use him as an excuse to go. I'm 49 and still have fun. Especially if you go with a group of people. The lines on Saturday and Sunday days are the longest but usually no more them about a 15 minute wait tops. During the evenings the lines are shorter.

(I usually bring a little bourbon to add to my hot chocolate but don't get caught)

so here is the info i no! on moday and tuesday and wednesday it is reserved for parties. so that leaves thursday, friday, saturday, and sunday. on sunday and maybe saturdays the close early. i would recommend whereing boots, hats, gloves, coat, scarf, and anything else! the lines depend on what time you get there. sometimes the lines are shorter and if you reserve it there will be no line! yes i did enjoy it because its soooooo fun! also the chalet is really nice! it has a gift shop and tables to eat at!

During the weekend the lines are pretty long. But I am sure you will have fun!

You should probably call them right before you go. Wear at least three layers.
