Clubs open in Cork on Good Friday? |
Does anybody know any pubs/clubs that will open at 12 o'clock on good friday? You won't get any pubs or clubs open in Ireland at all on good friday. No Alcohol is sold here on that day not for the whole 24hrs To my knowledge no clubs open even at midnight on good Friday!!! None will open before midnight, but some will open at one minute after midnight. The best you can do is to book into a hotel if you want drink before midnight and then go to the club. Sorry, but Pubs and Clubs do not open on Good Friday, neither do Off Licences. You will have more luck if your staying in a hotel, if you are very lucky, you will find a club that will open it's doors at midnight. I know one or two clubs did it in Dublin last year. don't know about Cork though... You've obviously got a slight problem here but here is what I would do: even if you are a resident in a hotel, you will not be served drink on good friday. Sorry but I am afraid the answer is no to all parts of your question, I lived in Cork for years and never knew of any pubs or clubs that opened after midnight on Good Friday - they like their few days off too. |

I would'nt say it's massively mixed compared to somewhere like london, but i'd say it was more tollerant and educated than ever before. I don't think you'll find it unwelco... As lyndsayc1984 suggests go to: ... Yeah, no zip code. Only Dublin has postal codes. The rest of the country manage just fine without them. ...It's only celebrated very the devout Christians. Most people don't recognise it as a holiday. ...if you have a line from the song or something I'm sure one of us will know it.... ...It's funny how you say that. I done lots of things as a child that I no longer can do and that is one of them. lol ...You could have, and not necessarily near the coast. I'm thinking of the village of Liscarroll in North County Cork, not far from Mallow, which has the most amazing Norman castle in it, but nob... Yes over the past couple of years it has changed so much that people who have been away for a while wouldn't recognise it now. It is heading that way alright. ... |
