Kakadu or Litchfield National Parks? Is one better than the other? Why/Why not?

I'd like to visit the Northern Territory, and had heard that one of these parks was better than the other and vice versa.

Would it be worth the while to visit both, or should I give one of them a miss?

Why/Why not?

that is such an honest question and I wish I could answer - but chect out the links
