Yes at Domestic Airport of Delhi at arrival Lounge a Counter for Pre Paid taxi exist and you can go to Nizamuddin Rly Station within 30 Mt's.

Hi. I sincere advice is to take a prepaid taxi to your destination. Its quite late in the night as you get out of the airport after collecting you bags.Autos are available but you will need to lug your luggage out into the road and hail for one.Sometimes these auto's are hard to find and if you find one will have to negotiate the cost extra. My suggestion for a hassle free travel from Airport to Nizamuddin Station is to take a prepaid taxi. You can also look for the radio taxi (Easy Cabs) which have modern fleet of cars and are comfortable.
