Its summer here now and yes It Is very hot. It was 35 degrees yesterday(Christchurch) and 28 today.

It's lovely. I'm in Dunedin, and it has been sunny and between 18 and 26 degrees Celsius for the past few weeks. That's pretty average for around here this time of year.

it's warmer and sunnier in new zealand then where i am in the gold coast,australia at the moment,don't quite understand that one,lol

i live in wellington and yes i guess its warm some days it cold some days its relaly humid and hot. but i guess that's how the weather rolls..

At present it is Summer here, and whilst some days it will get up to about 25C another day it may only get to between 10+15.

New Zealand Has That Pleasant Warmth In The Summer - Not Too Hot.. Not Too Cold. Although New Zealand Is Also Known For Quick Weather Changes.. Especially In Auckland, Though Most Of The Time It's Warmer Than Wellington.

I believe it is warm in the summer, but I suppose that depends on what temperatures you are used to!

As I believe someone said, it was 35degrees here the other day which is very hot indeed!
I love New Zealand weather because it is so varied.
In winter it can reach very cold temperatures, snow etc but in summer it can be very hot. And in spring etc the luke warm and sometimes chilly weather is a nice break.

Unlike countries near the equator we experience everything weather wise so I count myself very lucky.

Yes it's summer and it depends. NZ's weather is so unpridictable! It was BOILING yesterday!(went to the beach so yay!) but bring some jerseys along in case! :D

yes it can be very warm in certain areas of New Zealand, can reach 30+ degrees. But some areas stay around the eary 20's

Yes it can get very warm - you can also get sun burnt very quickly too so don't forget to 'slip, slop, slap'!

compared to most places no on average no but it can get warm around 30 some times and high 20's but mostly 23 around there for the whole country places like dunedin and lower south island are colder and canterbury/malbourgh are warmer west coast is colder most of the north island is about the same but th east coast is preferably warmer
