Bullfighting in Ecuador?

Can someone tell me if I go in July to Quito, will I be able to see bullfights?

No you wont see any bullfights. You can see them around November/December when the "Jesus del Gran Poder" festival starts. The main date of this festival is December 5th. Bullfighting still happens in Ecuador, Peru, Colombia and Mexico (apart from Spain and Portugal).
