Looking for good strip club in guayaquil, ecuador?

I am on vacation thru Friday in guayaquil, ecuador. I am looking to find a great strip club primarily close to the 'grand hotel guayaquil'. I don't speak spanish and have been told that taking a taxi can be very unsafe for a lone american in this city. is there truth to that? and where are the hottest nearby naked women?

I lived in Guayaquil for a year, and I'm a gringo from the U.S. Unfortunately, no strip clubs man. Only porn theaters. However, there are prostitutes all over the city that might be willing to dance for you, among other things. But, I wouldn't recommend it, it can get pretty dangerous. Especially if you don't speak Espanol. Also, about the taxi thing. Just tell them 3 dollars and you can go anywhere you want in the the city. Stay away from Guasmo, La Isla trinitaria, Cisne, or Salado. Try and stay near Malecon or the three malls.

Well, not been to Guyaquil, only Quito and not aware of any strip clubs there either.... which is not surprising since I prefer boys to girls :-)

not speaking Spanish is a bit of a problem. One thing's
surprised me during my travels, through all of South America is how little English is spoken. In most countries you can get by in English... not in South America!
Try to learn some basic words it will make life easier.

Regarding safety I don't think taxis are a problem unless you are very unlucky.
But make sure you agree a price before he drives off or you may get well ripped off!

In general people think Ecuador is quite dangerous, but I have never had problems there.
Just be sensible and don't invite trouble, be more careful at night that's when bad **** normally happens.
But as I said all this relates to Quito and some Ecuadorians have told me Guayaquil can be more dangerous, so caution probably is advisable.
