Does antone know how to fing the address for "Registro Civil" in Quito Ecuador??? Help please?

This is the address and telephone number I found:

There are several locations with in Quito. You will have to be a bit more specific as to what you need to do or if you want the main one down in the center of the city. Not a nice place to get to. Let me see what I can find for you.
Oh and the above address is not it. Streets Mejia and Guayaquil , there is a huge 2 floor building, you cannot miss it, but this is the main one down in heart of Quito. (would recommend not taking any valuables or jewelry!)
There is another on the street parallel of the Naciones Unidas and Amazonas, towards the north. Behind the large white building that I think is now the Central Bank.
