I'm looking for Sully Vergara, born Sept.16, 1993. She lives in Guayaquil , Ecuador (Segundo ramos)
Her mother's name is Ruth Desiderio (born in 1970)

Who knows where I can look on the internet to find her? Tips?

This girl was my grandmother's adoptive child through the Dutch 'Foster Parents Plan'. Sully's mother even named her second child after my grandmother's daughter Mildred (my mother). According to the Dutch FPP when a child reaches a certain age, they don't need the financial and emotional support anymore. Because my grandmother built such a good relationship with this family over the years, it really saddned her that there was no way to keep in touch (letters sent went through FPP and not directly).
So no I'm not a pervert looking for a 14 year old, I'm trying to help my 79 year old grandmother find the foster child she supported since birth.

Why are you looking for a 14 year old girl? And what is your relationship to her? I dont know why but this sounds fishy to me....you even know her birthdate, when her mum was born, etc. Are you the dad and looking for her?
My only advice will be look in the Guayaquil (or even Ecuadors) yellow pages, google her or her mum and see what happens. If you have so much information on these two people and you dont know where to contact them..... it sounds as they dont want to be located by you. Am I right?
