Going to Galapagos Island?

Is there a boat (small independent) that I can choose to visit other island on a daily basis instead of buying a package for mutiple island visit. I prefer to do one at a time at my own liesure time while in the island. Thanks for your input...

Access to the Galapagos is VERY controlled. Either you pay their prices and do it their way under very controlled conditions or YOU DON'T GO.

Even if you sail in on your own boat, there are still a lot of customs and immigration formalities to go through... There has been so much harm done to the islands by careless people over the years, that the chilean government takes access to the islands VERY seriously and will arrest and prosecute trespassers.

You cant go on the island without a guide. Ecuador is strict about that, that being said, your guide will often let you go do your things privately if you wish, but he will be close.
