Is Jenners a dump, or is it just me?

I think it has really dropped it's standard these past few years.

Ever since Harvey Nichols and Multrees Walk opened, Jenners became somewhat tired and old-fashioned.

I agree. It's somewhat sad, because it has the incredible potential of being a smaller-scale Harrod's. But I do agree. When I went in there recently, it seemed tired, sad, and cheap.
