Depends on the situation but you could offer your advice and make it sound like a suggestion. Don't make it sound like you're critisizing her or anything. Say what you have to say and then tell her that you will love and support her either ways because she's your friend. You could also throw the infamous 'At the end I'm sure you're gonna do the right thing'. It's always kind of.. eye opening!

how wrong are we talking about? if it's truly wrong (unethical, illegal), you really have to talk wtih her. if it's just a matter of your opinion vs. hers, try talking with her without sounding accusing or judgmental. we all need to be corrected sometimes, but whether or not we change is large a matter of how the news is delivered.

if u care for him/her then go on hurt him, later he will appreciate it.

be kind to the person you advise .
after your advice give them the freedom to make their choices .
let them see the difference between doing or not doing whatever the matter under discussion.
pray that they would see reason and make the right choice .
