How do you say "surgery" in arabic(egyptian arabic)??

if you know the answer please don't include #'s in the word..just alphabetical letters please.

i'm trying to find the translation for "surgery".

In Egyptian Arabic it is 3amaleya.
3= the letter 3ain or ain.
If you can pronounce the letter 3ain that is very good, if not then you say amaleya, it will be understood.

In Classic Arabic it is gera7a.
7= the letter 7ah.
If you can not pronounce the letter 7ah you can say geraha, it will be understood.

you can also say 3amaliya. if you just tell him amaliya he will probably get you eventually. 3 is the ain sound, and there is no english letter corresponding so..
