069 is Frankfurt, 0610 is Bad Vilbel which is close to Frankfurt. Phone Number is Germany vary depending on the size of the City. Some Phone Numbers have 9 some 10 some 12 or more Digits. Area codes start always with a 0 if you call in Germany, if you call from any country to Germany you skip the first 0 and just dial the country code which is 49 for Germany. To dial from the US to Germany you dial
011 49 (areacode without the 0) (phone number).
