What train do I use to get from Frankfurt Airport to Baumholder, Germany?

I would like to know what train to jump on from Frankfurt Airport (FRA) to Baumholder, Germany? And do you know how long this will take?

The quickest option depends on when you arrive in Frankfurt Airport. There is no direct train service. You can take the train from the airport to Neubr眉cke(Nahe) and change to a #322 bus, take the train from the airport to Idar-Oberstein and change to a #320, or take the train from the airport to Idar-Oberstein change to a train to Heimbach(Nahe) and change to a #322 bus.

Baumholder is the almost the area where I live. (Military spouse). So look www.bahn.de. I think you need to take a train perhaps ICE train first from Frankfurt Airport somewhere from there RB (Regionalbahn) to Baumholder.
