What's the difference between these Arabic words?

丕賱賲賻乇兀丞

丕賱廿賲賿乇賻兀丞

Both mean "woman" but what's the difference? I've always heard the second one but just stumped upon the first.

THE FIRST "THE WOMAN"
THE SECOND "THE WOMEN",BUT FOR THE SECOND ONE,IT MUST BE FOLLOWED WITH AN ADJECTIVE TO MAKE A FULL SENTENCE.

First one is more like "The Woman"

Second one I really haven't heard before in casual talk, but it sounds more plural... "The Women"
