How can you pick up an austrailian accent?

is there a way to pick up an austrailian accent or british accent?

Some people can live in a country for years even decades without picking up the accent, but for some people is much easier.
Remember we don't put much emphasis on the R's in the words, and we don't stretch out our A's. For example with the word "better" we don't make an R sound at the end, we just say "betta/bedda".
Living over here and paying attention to our accent would be the best way. But if you can't do that, just watch lots of Aussie movies.

Move to the UK or Austrailia for 25 years.

watch each and every single episode of the Crocodile Hunter over and over until you get it right!

Live in either country for years and years and years.

Just take a vacation there! ...or as the last person said watch TV with people speaking those accents...and then imitate them! It should be fun.. :P
One of my friends spent 2 weeks in 4 different cpuntries in Europe a couple of years ago, and she came home with a funny European accent. It doesn't take much to pick it up if you're immersed in it.

Move to either of the countries but you have to be very young when you move.I have been in Australia for 20 year but still have my English accent.I can pretend to talk Aussie but it sounds fake.

Live here ...... or ..... study it with a voice coach!

There is a joke about removing most of a brain, with a punch line "G'day, mate" but I wouldn't know about that.
