I cannot speak or write german, where can I get my Master and PhD in economics in Vienna Austria using English I am sorry Henry but if you wish to take a university course in English you will have to think of either moving to the UK, North America, Australia, or New Zealand. Many students who come to Vienna to learn, including opera singers and musicians, must have an understanding of German. You can't expect your host country's reputable universities to teach and test their students in a foreign language, it just doesn't happen. It's like going to Oxford and expecting to get your degree while only knowing Portuguese. It's a shame you did not decide to learn German when you first moved to Europe six years ago, especially since you are now living in a German speaking country, and I hear it's the second most popular spoken language in continental Europe. You will need it when you work for the United Nations, the more languages you speak the better chances of getting a job with them. If you do move to England (if you don't wish to leave Europe) consider taking a German language course as well and a private tudor to speed up the process if you wish to live and work in Vienna. I am sorry to say this Henry, but there is no easy way about this. It's going to be a lot of hard work. At the WU all lectures that are necessary to get a Master in economics are held in English - so that shouldn't be a problem. There's the Webster University in Vienna, which is an American university.
