It seems to have a pretty exhaustive list of hospitals, and a lot of specialty categories to check out. I could not tell in a quick review whether it links specialties and hospitals in any systematic way.

The question is, what are you looking for? More or less ever "county" (Bezirk) has its hospital, where they treat basic illnesses, accidents etc. If you are looking for specialists in a given field, you usually go to the state capital, or directly to Vienna.

Speaking of Vienna, they have both psychiatric wards and cilincs specialising in the treatment of burn victims there, but I am not aware of any comprehensiv directory listing all Austrian hospitals.
