HONEYMOON HELP! Us Virgin Islands or Turk and Caicos?

We will be going on our honeymoon at the end of July and are unsure if we should go to the Virgin Islands (like St. John, St. Thomas, or Ct. Croix) or Turk and Caicos?? We are not really familiar with any of these spots and need some help. We would like to go someplace with some fun activites yet an 'adult setting.' I am looking for beautiful beaches like Cancuns' and also a place that is SAFE and nice. So what place do you think would be best and do you have any important info. i should know about these places??? Thanks!!!

St John USVI or Provo on Turks and Caicos.

They are both very safe islands and you will be able to find an "adult setting"on both islands.

St John is 75% National Park. 39 beaches with the excellent snorkeling and scuba diving. Beautiful topical setting. You can hike, swim,take a boat excursion to the BVI. Visit St Thomas for some duty free shopping.

Not many big resorts on St John. Most visitors rent a villa/house. Rent a jeep and expore the beautiful island.

Provo on Turks and Caicos has the beautiful beaches too. However, the island itself isn't as pretty. The white sand beaches and aqua color water is what makes this island special. It's all in the water. You must "do" a water excursion. Awesome. Rent a jeep and explore the other wonderful beaches.
Grace Bay Beach is lined with big resorts and condos. Very different from St John.

Either island would be a wonderful way to spend a honeymoon. Once you have decided what island, come back with any specific questions. Hope this helps.

St. Thomas is very busy, St. John very quiet. Turks and Caicos have great beaches, diving and are very safe.

St. Croix (try chenay beach resort or Divi hotel web sites)
St John is also a fun place

St Thomas also nice but a little busy .

Never been to Turks and Caicos but would love to go
one day.
