Can anyone recommend a good Caribbean destination with All-Inclusive resorts and good scuba diving.?

Hi Wicket,
Yes one of the best is at the north coast of the Dominican Republic, Puerto Plata, there you have the choice between more than 25 Resorts/Hotels on the beach, you have some good scuba-diving spots and you have much more like Ocean World, mountains, the city at 15 min from the resorts.
You have also one of the best (virgin) spots in the Caribbean
for snorkeling and scuba diving (Punta Rucia) with more than 80 different types of coral and more fish then in many other places. I'm a VIP inbound tour operator here, so if you need more info just e-mail me.
Bye bye and enjoy diving!

Go to Jamaica there is Sunset Jamaica Grande Resorts, Sandals, Royal Caribbean, Hedoism 1, 11, & 111. Grande Lido, Rui, Point village, Couples Swept Away, all inclusive, plus a host of other great resorts along the north coast of Jamaica, Montego Bay, Ocho Rios & Negril are great for scuba diving. One Love.

You can find good All-inclusive's on pretty much all of the islands with a few exceptions. But ask any diver's and they will say to head to Cozumel. The Caribbean's best diving by far. However, I am partial to the Blue Hole in Belize unfortunately Belize doesn't have All-inclusives, so take your pick.

You're looking for Curacao.
The Breezes resort and the Sunsetwaters beach resort are great all inclusives, and sunsetwaters beach resort has great diving locations just of the coast, with on the site dive shop with boats.

Definitely the Grand Cayman Islands is a place to consider. The resort I stayed at: Harbour Heights ( http://www.harbourheightscayman.com/ ) was located right on the world famous Seven Mile Beach and had so many fun things to do, including scuba diving and snorkeling. You can check out their website for rates and reservations as well as a photo gallery. The Cayman Islands is a very relaxing place to stay and I highly recommend it.
