Where is the best?

place to take two 16 year old girls on holiday who just want to drink and party till early ours but where my mum will know im safe ... we thinking some where hot like caribbean :)

Well a suggestion is go to Puerto Plata (north coast) Dominican Republic and book a hotel in Playa Dorada. This a hotel/resort area, witch is very secure and all the resorts have a lot of entertainment for young and less young people.
Disco's are all over the place so no problem with that for you.
You can go on many excursions and tours and even enjoy a day at Ocean World, and so many things more!. Town is at 15 min from this tremendous hotel complex with no more than 15 hotels! Big beaches and Crystal clear waters.
