Which countries and islands make up the Caribbean?

Just woundering

The only ones I know of (because I've been there) are Haiti, Jamaica, Grand Caymen, Cuba, Bahamas, Bermuda, Dominican Republic, Trinidad & Tobago, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, St martins, St Kits, Montserrat, Guadelupe, Martinique, St Lucia, St Vincent, Gernada, Bonaire, Curasco and Aruba
