Does Nicaragua allow using the Satallite dishes at home, or do they have to use the Cables only? |
We'll be moving to live in Mangaua, Nicaragua soon. There are no restrictions on using Satellite dishes as home. However, i have heard from friends that certain apartment buildings/complexes don't allow them. |
