How do I find a runaway husband hes in BOGOTA Colombia hes working as a self employed consultant hes left debt

IM in the uk please any suggestions appreciated

Brit Embassy and DAS would be the way to go to start. Immigrations is manned by DAS. Anything more than 90 days requires he register for a different visa or he pays a fine when leaving country. Immigration forms require him to list where he will be staying. If he is planning on staying long-term, he probably has rented an apartment. Most require a hefty downpayment (CD) or backing by a company.

File a report in Bogota with the police.

You don't say if he's a Colombian citizen. If he's not, then hotels, realtors, and property owners, whose property any foreigner has rented for two weeks or longer are required by Colombian Law to notify the DAS (Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad).

DAS also issues residency permits for foreigners in Colombia.

It also maintains extensive data bases on Colombian citizens and would have the greatest opportunity to locate your husband in the event he's a Colombian citizen.

In any case, your best bet would be to contact "DAS" and request information about him.

Go here:
http://www.das.gov.co/

follow the list on the right hand side of the page down to "denuncias". Click on it to open a new window where you can fill in your information and request their help.

I'm assuming you understand and write Spanish, they don't seem to have a page in English.

Good luck!!!

He would have had to show his passport at entry and declare where he was going to stay. I would call you embassy in Bogota and ask them.

Report him with the Authorities and when he is found fly to Bogota and kick his ***, then fly him back to the UK and kick his *** again, then take his money and kick his *** out of the UK.
