Going to Honduras for 3 months? |
I want to go to Honduras for three months , but I have no family there or any type of house. Do you think it will be difficult to rent a room and get a job ? I have have lived in Honduras for many years and have a residency card issued by the government of Honduras. To work here legally you must apply for a working residency at your nearest Honduras Consulate in the U.S.A. You cannot apply while in the country of Honduras. You could come into the country as a visitor and check things out to see if you like it here. I live in LaCeiba and most of the jobs do not pay very well. I assume that you speak Spanish. Good luck. As the first post stated, you can not just go to Honduras and get a job. You must have the legal status to work there. Finding a place to stay won't be hard. There are several aparthotels in Tegus and I would assume in San Pedro as well. Nice places to rent for extented stays while in the country. |
