I am planning to visit the US for 3 to 6 months. how much it will cost me? pls tell me everything..?

1. Cost of to & fro flight - economy? business? or 1st class?
2. Visa application - yeah! they charge you as well
3. Accommodation
4. Food
5. Transport expenses while you are there?might want to rent a car, but my advise better not
6. Shopping for gifts
7. Places you want to visit there, where and where you want to go - it is not free entrance to the zoo, disneyland or universal studio
8. Miscellaneous expendicture
9. My best advise - go see and discuss with your local travel agent/s
