Best place to get travel insurance after a mini stroke?

i had my mini stroke in december 2007 and hope to travel to america in july

Tesco do travel insurance you can buy it in the store there and then and your covered you get a pack but has all you need.

hi henry dependent on your age try saga if you are over 50 they dont ask silly questions
i have advised older people to use them in the past and they have always got cover.

As G C says depends on your age I had an heart attack last year & going to the Dominican Republic in May I managed to get insurance through the Post Office bit steep though.

try http://www.portwood.co.uk and select the travel insurance option. Once a quote is done you will have access to a scheme specialising in medical conditions.

Hi, It's much harder to compare insurers for pre existing medical conditions online... I suggest you have a look at Medici Travel - they are a specialist insurer who I've heard have very competitive rates.

Good luck and enjoy your trip!
