Whats the most embarrasing thing thats ever happened to you on holiday?

i dont really have one so i was wondering how much other people have cringed while on holiday?

My most embarrasing moment was my first holiday abroad, my sister and I (both in our fifties) went to Crete. My sister and her late husband had been abroad many, many times, so although she was the quieter of the two of us, she led and I followed. I said I would like to visit a traditional taverna and there was one just round the corner from where we were staying.
We went in and sat down and this lovely lady came to take our order, she couldn`t speak English but we managed to get a drink, a few more later we were made very welcome.
Whilst we were sat there two greek gentlemen came in and gave us some funny looks, me in all innocence, said to our Jennifer, I wonder if we are sat in there usual seats, so our Jen tried to get the girl to understand that we would be quite happy to move seats for them. We could not make her understand what we were saying so she went and got the boss, we tried to explain to him and he could not understand, after a few minutes his eyebrows went up and he said ah yes got hold of our Jen and myself under the elbow and guided us over to sit with these men whose eyes lit up, we had been made so welcome up to that point and there was a lot of whispering going on. We have never drunk our drinks as fast, they thought we were prostitutes, and the waitress`s whole attitude changed towards us.
Needless to say we never went in again but everywhere we turned we seemed to bump into one of them.
We laughed about it after but not at the time.

I was having an out door shower by the pool at a villa and there were neighbours in the next door garden and my bikini top pinged off somehow which wa sbad enough, then i screamed and ran away trying to cover myself with everyoen laughing...

and my friend and i were in a big pool a different time and her bikini pants unlooped and floated away HAHA. that was hillarious.

I picked up a girl while on vacation back in 1981. This was in Rhode Island. We had gone to a rocky outcropping for a bit of privacy. Nestled between the rocks, tide going out, we proceeded to slip out of our suits and prepare for some "adult fun." What happens, mere seconds before sealing the deal? A kid, maybe six or seven, pokes his head into view from above and says, "Hi! What are you doing to that lady?" Needless to say, I'm fifty shades of red from embarassment!
