What is the most beautiful place you have ever traveled to or through?

What is the most beautiful place you have ever traveled to or through?

Italy definitely! The Tuscany province is wonderful especially in Spring and Summer. Sardigna is also great. I love the food yes !!!! the food is the best in Italy in the whole damn world.

Alaska

lovely Poland, I have a summer house there : )

Barbados no doubt, though the mountains in Austria were nice too.

Santorini, Greece and Hamilton Bermuda.

i dont know what country you are from but if you are not from Australia then i highly recomend it... One of the most beauifal places in the world and also one of the most layed back and relaxed societies... If you have to choose a state choose Western Australia...biggest state biggest and best things to see... foget about the great barrier reef go and take a look at ningaloo reef that follows the beach in the kimberly and and also lower south past exmouth where the wildlife is awsome.. and when you travel in land colours are like nothing you have ever seen...the dirt is orange as orange can be and the sunset is FANTASTIC...please vistit!

It's a toss up between New Mexico, parts of London, or the English countryside.

I have rarely been able to travel in my life but I don't believe that would ever change my answer. I would have to say, without being totally nauseating (I hope) that the greatest place I have ever been is in my girlfriend's heart.

"somewhere i have never travelled, gladly beyond
any experience, your eyes have their silence:
in your most frail gesture are things which enclose me,
or which i cannot touch because they are too near

your slightest look will easily unclose me
though i have closed myself as fingers,
you open always petal by petal myself as Spring opens
(touching skilfully,mysteriously)her first rose

or if your wish be to close me, i and
my life will shut very beautifully ,suddenly,
as when the heart of this flower imagines
the snow carefully everywhere descending;
nothing which we are to perceive in this world equals
the power of your intense fragility:whose texture
compels me with the color of its countries,
rendering death and forever with each breathing

(i do not know what it is about you that closes
and opens;only something in me understands
the voice of your eyes is deeper than all roses)
nobody, not even the rain, has such small hands"
