A personal driver???

where can i get one?
a personal driver to drive kids to school every morning and to cheerleading practice and church, etc. how much will it be and how would i know the person is reliable? thank you!

In the US you could see if you could find a high school or college student willing to do it.
Otherwise you'd either have to hire someone full time (like an Aupair or domestic staff) which definately isn't cheap, but the Aupair is probably reasonable (http://www.aupairinamerica.com/fees.htm says about $243/week+room and board).
Or you could hire a car each time (sedan service generally isn't cheap, but is slightly less expensive and nicer than taxis).
