Has anyone ever taken the ferry from Bar Harbor to Nova Scotia?

How long does it take? Was it worth the trip? What are some cool things to do in Nova Scotia? Keep in mind that I will have no more than a few days there. I'd appreciate any information that you can give me. Thanks!
