I believe Oakhead Caravan Park, Ayside, Cumbria have a few pitches where you can leave the van all year although you can't use it from end Oct to beginning March. Bardsea Caravan Park, Ulverston, Cumbria also have permanent pitches and you can use your van all year round if you are lucky enough to get a pitch, I believe they have a waiting list.
