Time to come out from glasgow airpot?

Hi I have already book my ticket for travelling to Glasgow according to which i will reach Glasgow airport at 10:10 pm and I need to get bus to go to Aberdeen at 11:00 pm. can anyone tell me is it possible to reach Buchanan bus station before 11:00pm to get my bus. I know I can reach on time if I will be able to come out early from airport. How long it takes to come out from airport after arrival.

Hi thanks for your reply. I am just carrying hand bag so I don鈥檛 have to wait for baggage. And it is internal flight I am travelling from London so don鈥檛 know what kind of immigration i need to pass through.

Very, very unlikely.

There is a coach service from the Airport to Buchanan Bus Station which operates every 15 minutes at that time of night. It should take 20-25 minutes for the journey.

BUT if you have to recover luggage from the carousels or go through immigration, you have very little chance of making it.

If, by chance, you are out of the airport by 1040pm, your best bet would be a taxi (costly, but ..) and offer the taxi driver a good tip if he makes the connection.

From memory, the first stop on the 1100pm coach to Aberdeen is Perth, so you cannot economically get the taxi to take you there to catch the coach.

sorry it will take you at least 30mins to get out of baggage,immigration control. the very least to get to Glasgow about twenty mins depending on traffic. which means you would be very lucky to catch your bus on time ,i would suggest a later bus or earlier flight good luck

For a start the planes hardly ever land on time so I would seriously forget about getting into Glasgow for 11pm. Try for an earlier flight or a later coach.

I would get an earlier flight or plan to overnight in Glasgow.
As for airport, it's no worries on domestic flights, almost straight out, however, there are always delays, especially with later flights and a taxi can be hit or miss. Would have been prudent to fly to Aberdeen. Can you not change tkt?
