Hi does the Thermopylae land does it excist today? If it does, I can't find pictures?

Hi I am hardcore Greek history fan & I collecting Greek history pictures. I check Yahoo & Googles web but, can't find it. Is there website that I could check? Thank you! :)

Of course it exists but has no much resemblance with the ancient description of being a marrow strip between the mountains and the sea. Which was the strategic advantage for the choice of the place., working as a funnel making it difficult for the Persian armies to deploy.
Nowadays, the place is a much wider plain and on it there is a monument with the statue of Leonidas erected on the ground.

Yes it does. And they have a statue erected on the site to honor the 300 who died there.

Thermopylae is located in eastern central Greece on the only land route large enough to bear any significant traffic between Lokris and Thessaly. Passage from north to south along the east coast of the Balkan peninsula requires use of the pass. Further west the way is blocked by mountains and the Gulf of Corinth. For this reason the vicinity has been the site of several battles~
