Citizenship of N Cyprus?

As most of you know, Northern Cyprus is only recognized by the Turkish Republic.

What I always wanted to know is how the people of Northern Cyprus can travel to other countries (except for Turkey of course). What's their nationality according to the legislations of other countries? I'm talking about nationality not ethnicity.

What happens at the border of a country which has not recognized Northern Cyprus when a person shows a passport of Northern Cyprus?

This is a serious question. I don't want a political discussion please...

What's the national status of a person from N Cyprus according to international law?

There will be no political discussion and many thanks to that somebody who removed all the nationalistic questions from this forum.
As far as I know and I know first hand cause I live on the island but on its Greek-Cypriot side, the Turkish-Cypriots have the exact same passports with us and in the nationality section it states Turkish-Cypriots. It does not really matter that the other part is not recognized because they can easily travel with their passports throughout Europe and anywhere else they like since our passports are identical.
I used to study with a lot of Turkish-Cypriots and people used to ask me how come we have same passports but speak different languages and communicate in a neutral one. It was sad cause they're our neighbors and have the exact same rights with us and it's just unfortunate that we cannot live together without borders and green lines separating us.
Although the law was passed re issue of Turkish-Cypriot passports in Turkey it is not yet in force, so the Turkish-Cypriots can still obtain their passports from the Migration Authorities on the Greek-Cypriot side.

Thank you, I'll look it up. If you ever happen to be passing by, we would be very happy to have you. Consider this as an official invitation! Report It

Turkish Cypriots until recently held Republic of Cyprus passports. They recently passed a law in Greek Cyprus that Turks from the north can't get a Greek Cyprus passport anymore, they will have to go to the Turkish Embasy in Turkish Cyprus and apply for one there.

In Europe, people often have passports from more than one country, it's worth mentioning.
