What do you think of our new archischop??

I agree with Tolia, until now he seems to be humble and a "low-pitched" person.

He doesn't like being all the time on TV, even in his meeting with the reporters of the Church reportage he didn't accept the cameras.

Very important for me was in his speech when he said that the "Archbishop of Athens" is not something special.

He is only the Metropolitan of Athens, equal to other Metropolitans, his duty is to care about his province , Athens, plus that he is the President of the Holy Synod of Greek Church.

He is not the "ruler" of the Greek Church only the President of the Synod.

Another thing that i like to him is that in his everyday life he is not using all the luxuries of the "Archbishop" and he goes wherever he wants with his old car , which he keeps it from his youth, or by walking alone without retinue and people around him (priests, bodyguards etc).

In my opinion if "they let him" he will make good things in the Church .

He seems OK, and I know by people that know his personally, that he is an excellent person.
