Has anyone ever been to Villanueva, Guatemala? |
Has anyone ever been there? my boyfriend went there and i'm going to visit him in june. what should i expect there? Yes. I have been there and have relatives who live there. It is just like the city. Dangerous. There isn't anything to see there, so other than going to visit someone, don't go there. It is VERY dangerous after dark. That being said, it you use common sense you should be fine. Below is a picture of a typical Villa Nueva scene and this is what you should expect to see, as well as a few other links with photos. Use common sense and you will be fine. Yes, it's basically a suburb of the capital. It's nice. It's just like the rest of Guatemala City. Just be careful of where you're at after dark. Have fun! Guate is the best! |
