What's working in Nova Scotia? |
That's my presentation topic. Tourism is a big positive presently. Having the cruise ships come up from Boston and NY helps immensely. The C of C has done a good job promoting the history of the Titanic to assist in drawing tourists. my friend had to move out of nova scotia because her job quit and moved to america. the jobs in ns dont last. the place is amazing but if you plan on having a good job, i wouldn't guarentee it. there are not too many job oportunities there. The fishing industry is kind of down. Lobstering is okay. Tourism is probably one of the top things that is working for NS with regard to helping the economy. |
