How rough is the metal scene in Hamburg?

Just wondering cos i'm pondering a trip tyo germany in the next couple of years, want to know how many people i need to drag with me as escourtes if i plan to roam the local bars and clubs in search of good metal.

red light distrct like brisbane's valley, sor somewhere nastier?

It is real rough believe me I know I have been living in Germany for 7 years and I have been all over the place.

I'm currently living in Germany and have gone to clubs with just girls. We don't get harrassed. The clubs in the us you get danced upon when you don't want to. guys just grab you and touch you. Here if guys will dance with each other it's no big deal, straight or gay. My only problem is once you do make that conversation with the guy who has been staring at you for a good hour he'll never leave your side! he'll buy the drinks, but then it gets annoying cause usually I go with my girls just to dance and be with friends. Not to get a man.

Hamburg?
my city!

check out the "Headbangers Ballroom" at the harbour..and the "Hard Rock Cafe" (red light district...dont worry).
and the "Clochard"..though this one is VERY rough!!!

I have been in the Metal scene for a couple of years here in Hamburg. I cant tell the difference between other cities here...
But...Hamburg has a "good" and tough scene!

enjoy Hamburg! bye

Quite rough !!!!!!!

Check out "Landser".
