Things to do in Tasmania? |
GOING TO TASSIE FOR 10 DAYS, WE HAVE A CAMPERVAN. 10 days is not long in Tassie, some people can't do it in 10 months. I live here and work in tourism so i recommend that you pick a few places and see them and don't rush it. The worst thing is going on holidays and trying to pack in too much and not getting to relax at all, i see heaps of tourist in such a rush to get to the next stop. That's no way to spend a holiday. Been a while since I was in Tassie. But try the official holiday guide for there - http://www.discovertasmania.com.au/home/... Hobart in Tasmania, Australia, is one consider as one of the world鈥檚 most beautiful capital cities. It is also Australia second-oldest city. Over here, you can find antique stores, local arts and crafts, street cafes, music etc. Things worth to see and do are, Cadbury Chocolate Factory, Cascade Brewery, Bonorong Wildlife Park, Mt Wellington, Battery Point, famous Salamanca Market, Blackaby鈥檚 Sea Kayaking, Wrest Point Casino, Bruny Island. Finally, taste fresh seafood from a punt o the Hobart waterfront. Hi Try Barnbougle Dunes Golf Links near Bridport (north-east), this has been rated one of the top 50 links courses in the world - http://www.barnbougledunes.com.au/ |
